Treasure Beach is renowned for its warm and welcoming community, which is why when owners, Ed and Lindsay took their family on vacation over a decade ago, they fell in love with the area and bought and refurbished Avita Villa.

One of our favorite spots on the property is the charming gazebo, providing the perfect setting for sipping pina coladas or savoring an ice-cold Red Stripe while gazing out at the mesmerizing ocean. About Our Family

In 2014, my husband and I had planned a vacation trip with several other couples to Mexico. 6 weeks before our trip, a hurricane hit that mexican city and we had to figure out where else to go. I started searching for available rentals. I stumbled upon Treasure Beach, Jamaica. That “stumble” upon this quaint village community was truly God inspired. We have never looked back.

In 2022, we were able to purchase and renovate a home of our own, thanks to the help of the Parchment family as well as many others in the local community. Treasure Beach and the surrounding area of Billy’s Bay have done nothing but support and educate us through this entire process. We have so much respect for the Jamaican culture and people. We want to give back to the town as they have given so much to us.

This home was meant to be shared - We want you all to “feel the love” as we have. Come meet the people that have changed our hearts forever. I have a feeling you will leave feeling the same as we do.

We have visited Treasure Beach several times. Avita is a spacious villa in a quiet location perfect for friends or families. Plenty of space with multiple bedrooms on separate floors. The two pools are amazing with breathtaking views. The staff is amazing and very hospitable. They make sure you feel at home. The house was always clean and meals were great with a lot of local flavor. Avita is a great place to stay to get away from it all and immerse yourself in the culture of Treasure Beach.
